戴的時候要注意什麼
- 取戴前先把手洗乾淨、擦乾。
- 日拋戴一次就丟，不要隔天再戴。
- 月拋等非日拋鏡片，保養液要每天倒掉換新，不要只補充；不要用自來水清洗或保存鏡片。
- 一般不建議戴著睡覺，除非產品核准可連續配戴，而且醫師同意。
- 眼睛紅、痛、怕光或視線模糊時，先取下鏡片，盡快就醫。

常見問題
軟式隱形眼鏡需要去蛋白嗎？
不一定。淚液裡的蛋白質會慢慢沉積在鏡片上，日拋當天就丟，不需要去蛋白。月拋等較長週期的鏡片，多功能保養液通常已含清潔成分，是否另外使用去蛋白產品，依產品仿單和驗配人員的建議。
軟式隱形眼鏡可以戴著睡覺嗎？
多數不行。睡覺時眼睛閉著，角膜得到的氧氣更少，感染風險也比較高。少數產品經核准可以連續配戴，必須依仿單和醫師指示，包裝沒有標示就不要戴著睡。
日拋可以戴兩天嗎？
不建議。日拋的材質和包裝都是照一次使用設計的，戴過一天後鏡片上已累積沉積物和微生物，再戴會增加不適與感染的機會。
戴隱形眼鏡有什麼後遺症？
配戴不當可能造成角膜缺氧、乾眼、結膜炎，嚴重時會角膜感染。多半和戴太久、保養不確實、戴著睡覺有關。按時更換、確實清潔、定期回診檢查，可以降低風險。
